Site Sales Personnel is a specialist recruitment agency whose main function is to provide sales consultants on a full-time or temporary basis to cover new home development sites.

Site Sales Personnel was established in 1998 by Linda Vaughan who saw an opportunity to provide a much needed service to developers and estate agency practices in East Anglia. The Company began to grow steadily from contacts within the new homes industry, personal recommendations and repeat business.

With this steady growth Linda looked for a partner who would invest in the Company and assist in the company's expansion plans. Carol Hayward joined the Company in 2000 and SSPL has continued to expand into many new areas. Both Linda and Carol have worked in the new homes industry, on site and in management roles for over 35 years and feel that their experience and knowledge of the industry only enhances the service SSP provides.
Site Sales Personnel now consistently provides support staff to many of the top developers, smaller builders and estate agency practices.

Even though SSPL will continue with its expansion plans it will always aim to provide a personal and professional service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
